Tech was great ,told us clearly on the condition of our system
I had an old air conditioner that needed replacing. The first repairman gave me some good advice on what I really needed. The supervisor did a good job of explaining my options and answering questions. The installers knew exactly what they were doing, and were in and out quickly. Throughout, communication was very good. As an added benefit, my house now has air conditioning again.

The technician (I believe his name is Michael) was extremely friendly, talkative, and provided helpful tips as to how to keep the AC unit in tip top shape. I really enjoyed watching him work. He didn’t rush in and rush out but took his time to make sure everything was working properly. I want him from now on (if possible).
