The technician (I believe his name is Michael) was extremely friendly, talkative, and provided helpful tips as to how to keep the AC unit in tip top shape. I really enjoyed watching him work. He didn’t rush in and rush out but took his time to make sure everything was working properly. I want him from now on (if possible).
