The 2 guys (Sorry, I don't remember their names) came out and replaced the coils inside my unit. They were very friendly, helpful and explained to me what they were doing and why. They even answered some questions about my thermostat and water heater that I had. They cleaned up their mess and left the area just like they found it!
Great service group. Project was kind of difficult—-but the Thiele Team hung in there until everything checked out.
