Short of our first maintenance service on our new HVAC system I found moisture at the base of the unit after a couple of hot, humid days. I called about it and since it wasn't major and was now dried up, was content to wait a month or so for our first service. The lady I spoke with said we probably ought to get it looked at sooner rather than later. She was able to get someone out the next day. That was fixed and some adjustments were made for efficiency. Great experience.
The work was great, support and customer service has been amazing. While they are not the cheapest option out there, they are definitely worth the money.
