I had an air conditioner installed in March of 2022 and waited until we had a few hot days until I wrote this review. My home had an older AC unit that ran all day during the summer with half of the house being cool and half being hot (~78 degrees on a 95 degree day). From the recommendation to get a new HVAC system from Theile through installation and follow up with our new Bryant Evolution system we have been very happy customers. The system is very efficient and the Bluetooth thermostat is state of the art. We got a rebate from our service carrier too. When our HVAC went out, we went to our Nextdoor app and looked for a recommendation. The men were knowledgeable and did a good job, they cleaned up their mess afterwards leaving everything orderly.
Except for the electrical issues in the beginning everything was fine
The technician went down his list and checked everything. The furnace is working well. The thermostat had a defect that could not be fixed. A new thermostat was installed and is working well, .They cleaned out the air conditioner and got it ready for summer.
The technician was very professional.
