The dedication I observed on the part of our staff was excellent. Angel, Luda, and Lorelly were not only involved in seeing our group be effective in our own ministries while we served but played a very active role themselves throughout the work. I never had the sense they were "above" getting involved themselves, whether it was the more behind-the-scenes service projects, playing with the kids, or simply helping with translation, in addition to all the details they looked after for us.
