I worked for this for profit business for 2.5 years and the things I witnessed were very disturbing, especially from the founder. Spend your money on a fun vacation and donate to your local non-profits. Mission trips = Modern day colonization

I believe we were able to accomplish the objectives of our recent missions trip to Belize through Thirst Missions. We were able to provide support for making improvements to the home of a local pastor, to encourage the pastor in the wake of a split among the congregation, to inject some enthusiasm through children's worship and activities, to donate much-needed supplies for both the church and the local elementary school, and to provide benevolent care packages and spiritual encouragement to numerous impoverished families i... read more

Having served on multiple medical mission teams in over 6 countries, I began preparing as this trip's medical director 8 months in advance. The first email we received requesting medical licenses was on June 11,2019 for our Oct. 20, 2019 trip. We were told we had until June 29th to collect all the needed information. Prior to travel, we... read more

We were on a medical mission and after doing the appropriate paperwork supplied to us by Thirst our medical supplies were unable to go through customs because the paperwork was not sufficient. We then went to Guatemala to purchase medical supplies and were able to complete the mission trip. The Thirst corporate office failed us which almost resulted in our having to return to the United States. The Thirst staff were excellent that went with us to the village of Arenal, Belize. We were able to provide care to 600 patients... read more

Please help the people in Rockport Texas. Many never got the help they needed when Hurricane Harvey destroyed much of the town. There are still many homes and buildings that were not rebuilt. Now they are getting tropical storms and lots of flooding.
