Went for Restaurant Week, had one of the best steaks of all time... My party of six all enjoyed their meals and vowed to come back again... Excellent service as well
Good food - good service - place was packed when we came but our reservation was honored on time
We have been to Thom Thom's on many occasions and like always we have been pleasantly surprised by the great food and service we were afforded. To Danny and his staff keep up the great work.
The food was excellent, and our Server Joey was great. Even though the restuarant was crowded, he seemed like he was always there when we needed him, and add in the other staff and it was a great experience (attentive, but not annoying). My wife started with the calamari, and Lamb Osso Bucco, and I had the Autumn roll, and Filet Mignon. All of the food tasted great, and we will definitely be back. My wife is planning on having her sisters bridal shower at Thom Thom.
the food was outstanding but even with a reservation we waited 30 minutes. It was also the end of restaurant week, but they do have a price fixed menu most of the time.
Food was interesting and delicious . Waiter made several off color comments-- he could just be ignorant. Worth trying.
Thom Thom has a fantastic diverse menu, and the execution and presentation of the food is spot on. However, every single time I eat there I have a terrible experience with the service. The first time (a few years ago) I thought it was because they had just been bought out by a new owner. The second time I thought it was because we were a large group and they were overwhelmed and unorganized. The third time I've just come to realize they are not about customer service. Came during Long Island Restaurant Week, and we couldnt have been more impressed. The food exceeded our expectations and was cooked to perfection. Our waitress, Kerry did an exceptional job going through the menu with us to select the perfect combo of choices. So impressed!
Friendly efficient service, warm comfortable atmosphere, delicious food. What more can I say!
