Thomas level of communication AND patience with questions was exceptional. I really appreciated being able to email him and not find time during work hours to make a call. Email also allowed me to keep my wife in the loop during the process. Thomas went above and beyond adapting the process for our needs with options or tools he had at his disposal. If he was local we would invite him over for a BBQ. He is down to earth, real, understanding mortgage professional. So glad we found him.
