Thomas was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and accurately. He guided me through calculations of the closing cost so that I was sure I understood where every single penny was going. When an item ran late in delivery he compensated me appropriately for the inconvenience. He really understands the refinance process and got me through it with the least amount of effort I have ever encountered in any of the many mortgage and refinance exercises I have gone through.
