Dr. Freund, is the best he has such a great personality, when he is discussing your care he is very serious, and explains every thing so that you understand. He doesn't talk over your head in all kinds of medical terms that can be harder to understand if you are not in the medical field. He wants to make sure you are able to do what you need to do to care for your self. If you get home and have any questions all you have to do is call the office and they will get the answers you need.
Dr. Freund is thorough, extremely current with research in his discipline, and also listens to the patient. I recommend him highly.
Best cardiologist in the area, would suggest him to all my family and friends. The office staff makes you feel like family, wonderful staff and doctor.
I Can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Freund and his staff, His receptionist/office mgr. is amazing! She always makes me feel so welcome and just goes above and beyond to take care of my needs. She is by far the Best. His assistant is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer all my questions.. As for Dr. Freund he has been my cardiologist for years and Is the best around, I think his Glastonbury office staff is excellent and would recommend Dr.Freund in a heartbeat!
I am so happy that my primary doctor made a referral to this practice. They are patient, kind, easy to book and everyone really cares about the patient. I am impressed with them, especially with Dr. Freund trying to get to the bottom of what is going on with me. Thank you so much!
He can be overly cautious which makes things difficult, ordering lots of tests, etc. Very nice man, explains things thoroughly but sometimes a bit impatient w/ patients in talking with them. His secretary/assistant is an unpleasant not very nice person and is not easy to deal with.
There are not enough words of praise I can give for and to Dr. Freund! He's very sharp, kind, considerate, helpful, and genuine! I was very impressed the first time I met him. But today, he went beyond all expectations! He arranged a modified stress test because I have limitations walking. I was having a little difficulty using the equipment. Dr. Freund helped me to use the equipment while I was taking the stress test!!! I was so amazed that he would go the extra mile! Bravo Dr. Freund!!
We have had Dr Freund as a doctor for the last 20 years. He is amazing. He saved my husband's life after a very serious heart attack. Dr. Freund truly cares about is patients and their welfare.
