Thomas was available to assist me through out the process. He worked with me after normal working hours (he was is in the eastern time zone and I'm in the mountain time zone) when I got off work to ensure I got the paperwork completed correctly and on time. I enjoyed every conversation with him and valued his helpful suggestions. The only thing that would have made this better would have been a candle (HA HA private joke).

Everything was Great !!! , Thomas is the most patient , knowledgeable , on top of things kind of person you want when you are going through something as significant as getting a mortgage. I loved working with him and his team !!! I was a wreck through most of the process because of some other personal issue's in my life as well. They picked up on that treated me with kindness and respect no matter what or what kind of a day i was having !!! They are AMAZING !!!

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to sell & buy or refinance my home. Process was much longer than anticipated. Thomas was easy to contact and he was responsive to questions or concerns. He kept me updated and his straightforward approach garnered him my confidence. Was knowledgeable and was able o provide different options so I could make the right decision for me. Trust and customer service are hard to find these days. Thomas earned my trust and he provided the customer service that most companies can't seem to find.
