We recently refinanced our home with Thomas Landen. This was something we had talked with him about over a period of several months. Initially, the rates were not low enough for it to be beneficial to refinance as we only have a few years until we plan to have our mortgage paid off. The current house I own is paid for through another mortgage company. They gave me a pre-approval for my new home loan. So why would I switch to a new mortgage company? The reason - Thomas Landen!!! I called him on a Sunday and he got right to work. He made things easy with an easy app to download. He researched the data I needed for a VA loan and a week later I switched to a conventional loan. This did not bother Tom, he communicated daily with what I needed and got me the best rate. Thanks.
