Thomas is a cool guy and a straight-shooter. He told us what we wanted to know, and informed us of things we didn't even know to ask. He was supportive of our desire to get a 15-year fixed-rate loan with an affordable monthly payment (no more than 25% of our take-home pay each month). He accurately predicted that we would spend more on a house than we originally thought -- but again, all of our requirements were still met. Thomas helped us lock in a rate before it rose again. Great guy!
