Overall your team was very responsive and helpful, and in the end we got what we needed. One challenge was that there were a great many points of contact. It was difficult to keep track of who I was supposed to be communicating with and what piece of information they wanted. I know that the process is complex, it would have helped me if I had one person guiding me through it instead of what seemed like around 6.

Mr. Landen was great. The confusion was near the end of the process.; It was discovered I had a ding on my credit. I own that. It was resolvable, but it felt like I had to jump through hops just to move forward. The day before closing when I was told things were a go, I’m was still being asked to provide documentation for security. This was frustrating. Also, I was told I was going told money back from one of my properties. That did not happen. It felt messy at the end.

There were 4 mistakes in our re-fi - 2 minor 2 MAJOR. 1) address was wrong on some docs. 2) $ back was different on 2 docs. 3) new payment dates different than represented 4) We wanted to pay cash for closing costs, but costs were rolled into the loan! NOT HELPFUL when we are trying to pay off debt. Thomas advised that the docs could be redone for an additional fee of $600+. We were amazed that we were expected to pay for Churchill's mistake. Not careful. DIdn't listen.

Thomas was great. However, I would not recommend the folks that took over from him. Everything was done at the last minute - i.e. delivery of closing documents. Oh, and maybe you should tell someone they need a cashier's check at closing before 9:30pm the night before. You'll lend me $130,000 but you won't take my check? And the only reason we had to bring more than $500 to closing is because YOU insisted on a second ($150) inspection by the appraiser for $7 worth of repairs!

The actual process was back and forth and too much of getting false hope due to being told it was done and then the next minute it's not. It was not Thomas it was underwriting ect.

Buying a house is supposed to be an enjoyable experience. Thomas and Andrew were absolutely amazing. Their communicatio was great between phone calls and emails, very knowledgeable on every aspect. When passed to Steve not so much! The communication or lack of was unacceptable. Asking for things that was loaded in the portal already. I even asked him to give me a call because I didn’t understand what he was asking. He responded its easier for him to explain it through email. He never called.
