Number one thing, very easy to ask questions and get fast responses. Office staff was very friendly and Tom was always wiling to accommodate our schedule. He was very personable and always took the time to ask us how we were doing, took an interest in our family and they goings on in our life. Not only were we buying a house at the time but we had a baby at the same time. Tom made sure that our family came first, but also made sure we closed on our home in a timely manner.
