We felt that Tom Stewart and team were very welcoming, through, and professional in this loan process. Though the process required a lot of paper work, we found that Tom communicated well with us in what was needed and was patient and supportive in helping us gather those materials. He was also very accurate in the estimated for the closing costs.

Tom stayed on top of everything and always was quick to respond and answer when we needed help. Closing was a lot easier then we expected!
