I have had several great interactions with Thompson Best for my wood stove. They handled a second party installation problem with utmost professionalism and great customer service a year out. Because of this I just had their crew come out to install an air intake kit. The crew was fast, courteous, and did a great job with the instal. I highly recommend this company. Looking forward to wood stove season again.
Very professional service. They were on time and completed the installation of a new heat pump in less time than I expected. I was especially pleased with the time the tech spent installing the app for the thermostat on my phone. I am happy that we chose this company.

We are very pleased to have used Thompson Best to replace our propane log set. The moment i walked in i was meet by a friendly receptionist. The showroom floor was full of ideas. Brandon came out to help me in only a few minutes. He was very patient and helped me navigate through my many questions as we had bought a house that had an old wood fireplace that was converted to propane and was not working properly.
