The technician diagnosed the issued, informed me of the repair needed and estimated cost. After I gave him my nod, he went straight to work. The visit was approximately 45 minutes. RecommendedWhat a great team of people to work with. Not only did I have them install the fireplace in our new home, I hired them again to install a split HVAC unit in my garage. Then a third time for a wood stove in my shop. Now they provide excellent biennial service on my house!

RecommendedGreat first interaction today… technician William was highly knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my rentals HVAC and make a plan to fix… the other company came out.. saw my BMW and lo and behold I needed a $15,000 new system with WiFi enabled switches! … I HATE that type of company. I will be giving Thomson my business now and when I do need a new system in the future… which for same system they were THOUSANDS less than the other company ….
