RecommendedWe had Andrew come and service three fireplaces. He was very knowledgeable, and informative, and patiently instructed us through how to relight the pilot lights if needed. This is the third time we’ve had them come out and service our fireplaces. They know fire places. Five stars for them.

RecommendedMy gas fireplace pilot light went out and I couldn’t relight it. The technician arrived within the appointment window I was given. The technician diagnosed the issued, informed me of the repair needed and estimated cost. After I gave him my nod, he went straight to work. The visit was approximately 45 minutes. RecommendedWhat a great team of people to work with. Not only did I have them install the fireplace in our new home, I hired them again to install a split HVAC unit in my garage. Then a third time for a wood stove in my shop. Now they provide excellent biennial service on my house!

RecommendedGreat first interaction today… technician William was highly knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my rentals HVAC and make a plan to fix… the other company came out.. saw my BMW and lo and behold I needed a $15,000 new system with WiFi enabled switches! … I HATE that type of company. I will be giving Thomson my business now and when I do need a new system in the future… which for same system they were THOUSANDS less than the other company ….
