What I asked for what I got….. ON MY WEDDING DAY!
I ordered 2 corsages and 1 boutineer for Courtlands high school prom on 4/9. I picked the items up at 1 pm on the 9th, and by 6 pm the flowers were dying. The white roses had yellowed and started to brown before the prom even started. I also had to return to the florist to have the boutineer completed when I picked it up the stem was wrapped in white floral tape. I ordered my wedding bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières from Thompsons Westwood Florist and I was extremely disappointed in the outcome. I didn’t have time to change my bouquet since my husband picked it up 3 hours prior to our ceremony so I was very very upset over how horrible it was and I was forced to just go with it. Deliver the order as promised.
My husband ordered me roses for Valentines Day over a month ago...at 6:15 this evening (after having sat at home ALL day!)still NO flowers!He went to inquire where they were...was told they were out for delivery...�Was then told by a manager”when you come back I will personally make them for you”Ha!As if!In 27 years this is the 1st year I have not received them!Thanks for that!Great customer service..don’t take on so many orders you clearly cannot handle or fill!
