RecommendedOutstanding customer service! They helped me with an issue I was having with a wedding bouquet and boutonnieres I made on my own. I had gone there with the intent of ordering from them, but they reassured me what I had done was good, and helped me solve the issue. They easily could have made a sale, but put decency and customer service first. Very refreshing in today's world.

Tammy helped me with a Great Gatsby theme party! She did an amazing job and went above and beyond. My boss was very pleased with the outcome. Tammy out did herself and I will definitely be using her again for other projects.

What a fabulous experience! I asked for a yellow and white arrangement to be sent to my mom. I trusted the arrangers to pick the freshest samples. The bouquet was gorgeous and delivered earlier than expected! I will be using this florist for all of my delivery needs in Fredericksburg.

Thank you Thompson's Westwood Florist for going above and beyond on my order. I called from out of state having forgotten about the hour time difference. It was so close to the last minute possible for delivery on Saturday. You see, I was ordering for my Aunt and Uncle's 40th Anniversary the next day. What I didn't realize was the Anniversary couple was out of town. So it was discovered after a call was made to the Anniversary couple by the deliverer.
