Super helpful, caring and understanding staff! Catherine Buboltz was great at answering all our questions and concerns and made things extremely easy and understandable to make my Moms transition. I am a paramedic who has answered several calls at Thorncrest. I wanted to recognise a staff member Who appears to go above and beyond every time I answer a call in the memory care unit. Any time I have answered a fall or medical emergency your staff member Pearla is always there aiding, calming and treating the resident in need with the utmost care. She is always present, caring, and helpful in assisting with the residence. I have responded to several calls with Pearla and I have yet to see her treat her residence with anyt... read more

We recently moved my dad into the Thorne Crest Memory Care unit. The communication and sharing of information through the on-boarding process was very efficient and made the transition very smooth and comforting. The staff has been very receptive and helpful to my dad and our family. My dad has been adjusting well and we feel blessed that he is being well taken care of and is in a safe place.
