Mom has been a resident of ThorneCrest for over 2 years in assisted living and memory care. She has received the best care possible. The staff, both medical and administrative, are competent and caring. During this time Covid has offered many challenges which they have handled competently and swiftly, keeping the residents and staff safe while allowing family contact. I would 100% recommend ThorneCrest for anyone needing assistance for health or age related issues.

One call to Catherine Buboltz, Director of Sales and Marketing, one private tour and my 93 year-old mother asked to fill out paperwork for an independent living apartment! There were no “hard sale” tactics, only a caring voice that pointed out all the amenities offered by Thorne Crest! From the minute you go through the front door, it feels like home! My mother loves being at Thornecrest Senior Living. She continues to tell us how wonderful everyone is and how good they take care of her. Our family is always greeted with smiles and kind and caring conversation whenever we visit our mother. Everyone is so kind there in every dept. from van drivers taking them to appointments or front desk personnel checking us in to visit, to the head nurse answering our questions, to people cleaning her room and bring her meals or giving her medications. On my Mom’s Birthdays etc, Catherine makes everything I want to do for her possible. Catherine is AWESOME to work with, and Catherine calls me back several times on her days off and Vacations. She’s the Best!!!

Living at Thorne Crest was a very good choice for us. We both got busy selling our home. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff and residents, all friendly and most helpful, which made us feel at home quickly. My husbands health began to fail and we were able to have him stay in our apartment for his last days. Our daughters were able to stay with us and the staff was very supportive, providing medical help and supplies. We are very satisfied with our apartment and all the services that are provided.
