We recently moved my dad into the Thorne Crest Memory Care unit. The communication and sharing of information through the on-boarding process was very efficient and made the transition very smooth and comforting. The staff has been very receptive and helpful to my dad and our family. My dad has been adjusting well and we feel blessed that he is being well taken care of and is in a safe place. Mom has been a resident of ThorneCrest for over 2 years in assisted living and memory care. She has received the best care possible. The staff, both medical and administrative, are competent and caring. During this time Covid has offered many challenges which they have handled competently and swiftly, keeping the residents and staff safe while allowing family contact. I would 100% recommend ThorneCrest for anyone needing assistance for health or age related issues.

One call to Catherine Buboltz, Director of Sales and Marketing, one private tour and my 93 year-old mother asked to fill out paperwork for an independent living apartment! There were no “hard sale” tactics, only a caring voice that pointed out all the amenities offered by Thorne Crest! From the minute you go through the front door, it feels like home! My mother loves being at Thornecrest Senior Living. She continues to tell us how wonderful everyone is and how good they take care of her. Our family is always greeted with smiles and kind and caring conversation whenever we visit our mother. Everyone is so kind there in every dept. from van drivers taking them to appointments or front desk personnel checking us in to visit, to the head nurse answering our questions, to people cleaning her room and bring her meals or giving her medications.
