Austin Ranch is an awesome apartment community! It has a very family, homey feel with a lot of younger adults residing there. The community has so many different amenities and events going on constantly. There is retail right on sight! Very clean and kept up with. I recommend 100%! Also, Sharon in billing is THE best �

I loved it here, the only reason I moved was due to a housing opportunity that cost much less. The staff is great at Thousand Oaks, they always respond quickly and kindly to maintenance requests, questions about monthly billing statements, or general inquiries. There is always something to do at the apartments, whether it's a sponsored event, going to one of the pools, taking advantage of the...

I love living here, but god help you if you hve to deal with the "upstairs" mnagement type people who are supposed to be running the show. The leasing agents downstairs and the mintenance guys are great.

Awesome place to live! Great friendly atmosphere and the management is the best you'll ever meet ! Awesome pools , trails, volleyball courts , restaurants with great happy hour and beautiful landscaping. The staff is great and makes you feel right at home!

I have been here over 8 years. That is a long time to spend in a single apartment. I have had some good neighbors, some really great neighbors, and some truly strange ones as well. The workers here are very good. I had my water heater break one Saturday evening. New but can use some improvements! Austin ranch is a pretty good community, and the amenities they have to offer make it that much better. Thousand Oak apartments are a newly built complex with a lot to offer as well as also to improve on. The outside of the complex is nicely groomed and very well maintained. Further North than I meant to go... The fact that I was dead set on living around uptown and decided to live over here says it's a great apartment. (The cost honesly isn't much different.) You really can't beat the community. My first weekend here I was already recieving emails about an upcoming game night and an end of summer pool party.
