It has been so great to have Perry help us get started with the Three Oaks Hospice. The entire team has been so helpful in answering our questions and providing guidance. It has only been a couple of weeks since we started with them and already I feel such relief to have such a caring team to help provide guidance on my moms care. Moments like these are never easy but to have Three Oaks Hospice there to offer their support makes it much easier.

Our family is so grateful to have had Perry S. guide us through every step of the way. During a very difficult time for the family our minds were at ease knowing he had all the answers for us. Even when situations popped up and we thought we hit a wall, Perry quickly resolved the issue! Blessed to have worked with Perry!

Perry Santana has been there for us from the get go! He has helped us tremendously in a quick and supportive way. He is always so pleasant and happy to help. Exceptional service, Jo Ann Vega goes above and beyond and make sure we have everything that we need for this patients comfort and needs. Hands down the best company that we’ve dealt with today. And would also like to mention David Silverstein is also very wonderful to have around as he brings comfort to the patient as well. I know now that Hospice is truly a generous gift . Through Nneka Gutierrez's education. I’m able to understand how we can benefit from these services for my mother as these difficult times are not easy, and having to speak with someone that has so much compassion and love for what she does made me feel very comfortable. Prompt response upon first call. Staff moved quickly to assess situation and provide care. We thought we would need care much longer than a week. Sadly, we were mistaken. Mr. Santana provided assurance and comfort at a sensitive time.
