Our family is so grateful to have had Perry S. guide us through every step of the way. During a very difficult time for the family our minds were at ease knowing he had all the answers for us. Exceptional service, Jo Ann Vega goes above and beyond and make sure we have everything that we need for this patients comfort and needs. Hands down the best company that we’ve dealt with today. And would also like to mention David Silverstein is also very wonderful to have around as he brings comfort to the patient as well. I know now that Hospice is truly a generous gift . Through Nneka Gutierrez's education. I’m able to understand how we can benefit from these services for my mother as these difficult times are not easy, and having to speak with someone that has so much compassion and love for what she does made me feel very comfortable. Prompt response upon first call. Staff moved quickly to assess situation and provide care. We thought we would need care much longer than a week. Sadly, we were mistaken. Mr. Santana provided assurance and comfort at a sensitive time.

As a Long Term Care Administrator I can totally say that Three Oaks Hospice will help and take care of Hospice needs. Staff are VERY responsive and accommodating. Special shout out to Chris Dierberger Representative and Cheyenne their Nurse. Our Family members are very grateful to the care and communication with family members. Our Residents our very attached to the caregivers. I was so impressed I recommend them to a family member needing hospice care
