Three Oaks Hospice has been so great to us. Having come from another Hospice company that gave almost no services without constant patient advocacy, Three Oaks has been such a vast change. If you call someone always answers and gets you to a person who can genuinely help. Rather than begging for supplies our nurse and aide look for things we are using that Three Oaks can help supply. Thanks so much for the team for taking good care of my dad during his last days. (Obie who helped my dad got into 3Oaks Hospice Program; Toni, Carson and Jessica who taken care of my dad; and other on-call nurses,etc). I am a very understanding person, I understand things are different post COVID. I briefly used you facility for a Respite Break. The experience was ok. My Mom was supposed to have 5 days with you ALL. Someone from within cut-it short. Her personal aides would come in to shower and sit with her. They stated the care was questionable. I find the Three Oaks Hospice experience. AMAZING 🤩 Dedication from Top to Bottom. It has made our family life so special and bearable. Emily very quick and responsive with follow up. Patiently listened to my long winded answers! Genuine in her interest in learning about our dad Lea also awesome in her interest in our dad and his well being. The initial nurse whose name escapes me was quick to fill me in on her initial visit with our dad
