Over the top attentiveness and compassion!
All of the Three Oaks Hospice people we dealt with were very helpful, courteous and treated us and our loved one with great care and compassion. This included the CNA attendant who did the bathing, the RN who checked on us, the after hours nursing staff, the Social worker and Chaplain who made regular visits, and even those who answered the main phone number and referred our requests to the proper person. All were ready to help and much appreciated.
You have Excellent staff. Everyone I met has been wonderful. And I mean everyone. I am lucky to have ya'll helping me thru this tough time.
My family are very happy customers after more than 3 years working with Three Oaks to care for our parents.
Thus far the care for my friend has been excellent. TOH has addressed all of my concerns and the patient’s needs quite well.
To review in a few words is impossible e to do because you cannot find anyone at any hospice organization that come close to the love shown to their patients and clients.
Staff is always courteous, informative and aware of moms status. Facility is clean.
My mother appears very happy with daily assistance and the regular nursing visits
