When it was decided that we would admit our Mom to hospice I was given the choice between a couple that came to the nursing home that my Mom was in. I chose Three Oaks because they were already at the home most days of the week. We met with Isaac and went from there. I was pleased with the sharing of information and ability to contact them whenever I wanted to. They all were professional, caring and supportive at all times. Thank you for your support at this time.

Overall, I find the service acceptable. My only complaint would be that sometimes they don’t pay attention to the amount of incontinence items that are mailed, and I have to sometimes ask them to pause so we don’t have a lot of excess stuff in his room. The only other thing is that sometimes when I ask either the nurse or well it’s usually when I ask the nurse to track down some information or find out some information for me. Three Oaks Hospice was a blessing in our time of need. From the minute I was contacted by Isaac to go over the services offered to my mother's passing we were treated with the utmost respect, compassion and empathy. Three Oaks Hospice was there every step of the way. They thought of things such as having a priest visit mom for the anointing of the sick and viaticum.
