My Mom has been in Peace since June 4, 2021. I have found the nurses to be very concern for my Mom’s welfare. Perry who is her nurse now is very good with her and he gives me feedback on how and what she has been doing. He keeps her very clean and always keeps me informed on her condition. He is a valuable asset to Peace. I would have given you 5 but sometimes I have to wait too long for someone to come and get me from downstairs. I think because I am at the hospital on a regular basis, I feel like I don’t need an escort. I ... read more

Everyone from office folks to caregivers were fantastic. I felt they really cared for my dad and listened to all our concerns. Response time was always very quick. Our nurse , Angel, went above and beyond and sat with my mom and explained everything to her. Would highly recommend!

Business response:

My dad was a 79 year old mesothelioma patient and a tough nut to crack. We started with another hospice company first because that’s who we were referred to and we just didn’t like them at all. We found peace online with great reviews and called them up to switch. We are so glad we did, peace hospice and our nurse Christina were the absolute best. Christina was able to get through to my dad and she became like part of the family. My dad always looked forward to seeing Christina every week and she always put him and us at eas... read more

Your music therapist and Chaplain Jim were awesome. My brother was happy. Chaplain Jim went above and beyond the call and committed to being there for my brother despite the pandemic. They’re visits to my brother eased my anxiety knowing he’s likely feeling alone at this time.

Business response:

Hi, Cynthia, thank you for sharing. Our team at Peace Hospice and Palliative Care strives to provide an excellent experience for everyone.

My 86 year old father died in December of 2020. He was one of the best people our family and wide circle of friends had ever known and everybody wanted the best for him. His health had deteriorated over years and at one point it became clear he was dying. As a family we made the decision to enroll him in at home hospice with Peace Hospice. We are so thankful we did! All the kids and family members got a chance to visit and be with him in his final weeks of life. Instead of dying at a hospital while being hooked up to a bunch... read more

My mom, an 85yo lymphoma patient, had been distraught, tearful, and in pain, isolated in a nursing home, where we couldn’t see her (and still can’t) though her health and living situation has not really changed, the care provided by Peace Hospice has made her feel emotionally so much better she’s actually cheerful and mostly relaxed. I think that says a lot.

Business response:

Hi Connie, thank you so much for your kind words! Our team is happy to hear we could meet your expectations here at Peace Hospice and Palliative Care.

My wife has been in this hospice program for some time now. Through 9 RN's, and half a dozen CNA's. We signed on when it was Peace Hospice, before becoming part of Three Oaks. To say the organization is a disappointment would be too nice. It's got to be the worst hospice organization in existence. I cannot imagine a team of people who could care less about a patient. The one CNA has been a stalwart and if not for her I would have left long ago. I have talked to management, the executive director, and I get promises and apo... read more
