RecommendedI originally took my dog to our usual Thrive pet location- and they didn’t take care of us. THIS location checked every single thing that could possibly be wrong with our dog Batman. They found out what was causing our dog pain. They checked places that our usual vet/ ourselves didn’t think to check. They even answered all of my questions. I would totally recommend this location to anyone. 💕
both of my 13 year old doggies are very well taken care of anytime I come in. prices are explained before anything is completed, and the process for covid is very convenient. this place is both wonderful and affordable

I had my appointment today for my baby Sasha. The staff was AMAZING, knowledgeable, compassionate & kind. They walked me threw everything, told me what to expect, wasn't pushy or aggressive,, and provided me with all available options before they started any type of treatment on Sasha. The vets, the staff, and the pricing are great. You always get personal attention and don't get teken to the bank even when things are pretty serious. One thing that does absolutely suck and is horrible of Thrive as a corporation is to insist on using call centers that have people not connected to your pet or location or family that answer whenever you call the local number. I am (and was) so impressed with the staff of the Legacy Dr. Plano, TX Thrive Affordable Vet Care practice. Due to the current CoVid-19 distancing guidelines, I had the privilege of only meeting one staff member face to face outside the front entrance. That staff member was extremely professional and kind. I decided to change vets after so many years. I am very picky but also looking for quality, short drive, friendly and most of all reasonable PRICING. Today let’s talk...This clinic was modern with an Ecco vibe and the staff unbelievably customer service centric! It was clean not crowd like most and it smelled so good! I took my Dog Cooper to see Dr. Brittany Keihle-Decker at The Plano location. The appointment process was very easy. We got there and were taken in to an exam room right away. The Dr. and Vet Tech, were very friendly and knowledgeable. The check out process was also very easy. The location was bright and clean. The price of the visit was very affordable. Over all a VERY pleasant experience. I plan to tell all my friends, about this location and Thrive Vet Care. Great Job Thrive!
