Meh. Not NOLA. Used to be a bit nicer and not busy at all now.
The food was not hot, but it turned out that our server had come to the end of her shift in the middle of our meal. I think we were forgotten. I’ve been to this location one other time and had an amazing experience.
Wife and I both became ill in the afternoon due to our meals there. We also ordered different things. However, digestive symptoms were same. Also I had been to Tibbys once before and food was good. Today just “meh” nothing special. And while the dueling pianos were fun, they were way too loud for the room and we were unable to hear each other or whenever our server spoke to us. the live DJ was playing music I didn't like (it was advertised as "live music", and I was expecting fun, energetic, jazzy music, not night club disco) and at an extremely loud volume. This restaurant is tiny, no need to play music so loud. We couldn't even talk to each other, we had to text, or yell at each other. Service was SUPER SLOW. Food temp was NOT good. Food taste was so so.
