When you cancel via the website, they say they never received the information. In turn they continue to charge your credit card. Called to cancel, and now they are saying they will not give you a refund if its not before they take out the money. When you tell them that there is nothing stating that, they say it is on the board at the car wash. It has never been seen, nor do the employees tell you that when you sign up. Worst customer service and worse car wash business around.

I did not receive the car wash that I paid for. I have a club membership for $49 a month, which is the premium package. On several occasions I only received the basic wash. I complained to a staff member today. I was allowed to re-enter the wash, same result. The staff member was extremely rude when I asked again to receive the correct wash. I was told that I was entitled to only one wash a day. I asked that my membership be cancelled. I tried to verify online that it was cancelled. It couldnt be verified.

I went through their car wash once a month ago and said NO to signing up for auto monthly pay well, they are charging me anyways. I just saw on my account they are charging me without my approval. Having trouble getting a hold of anyone. Sat on phone for 5 minutes with no answer. Sent an email and they say they’ll get back to me within 5-10 days.

I would give a 0 if i could I had a membership that I canceled the week before it was due to renew I did it in person at the carwash and the girl told me it was still good through October 14 On October 15 they charged me for another month I called and was told because I never got a cancellation receipt they would not refund the money I asked for supervisor and was told they are not available and hung up on me I called back and Jenny answered again and again i asked for a supervisor and she hung up on me again Beware if you c... read more

Tried to cancel my promotional membership from when they opened, but their website had an error when trying to cancel. Walked into the office and the manager pulled up my account and told me he cancelled it for me. Checked my credit card statements and see that he never cancelled it. I called their customer support and they told me tough luck since I was not given any cancellation papers (didn't even know I'd need such a thing). 6/13/2024. As the conveyor pulled my car towards the end of the X4 $30 car wash, I heard a very loud overhead noise. It sounded as if my car roof was being pulled off. Once wash exit light went from yellow to green. I exited my car to find a 4.5 ft roof trim have been ripped from my car by the cloth towel roller. The towel roller piece was still lodged in the trim. When they do promotion they get you on one month for the price of a day wash have you fill out the text link and don't tell you that you will be charged 48.50 a month. I didn't catch the recurring charge for 6 months. My fault on the terms but beware they really are pushy and when its busy your holding up the line. Rush through and i did use it for the month. Im just saying beware of any promotions at tidal wave. My suggestion is to pay cash if you can.
