In February of this year my wife and I both purchased the Graph-X4 unlimited clean club plans from our local Tidal Wave in ************, **. The monthly cost for each vehicle is $49.97 with a five-dollar discount for the second vehicle for a monthly total of $94.94. This place id a rip off and scam and very dishonest. The Aiken Chamber of Commerce should them down for shaming themselves to the citizens of Aiken. I had my truck washed at this location shortly after it opened. There was a guy standing at the point where you choose what type of wash you want. He said whatever one I selected I could get it for a month with no additional charges. I asked him if I had to cancel or was it something I had to sign up for every month. Horrible experience trying to cancel the monthly charges to my card.
Zero stars if they would allow it. We got a car wash around April 19 of 2023. Their employee was insistent that she buy the monthly subscription of car washes. My wife was insistent that we don't as we do not live in ************ area full time. She would have never authorized a monthly charge, as we live in ******* now but lived in **** at the time. Do not use their services. They have stolen money from me and are refusing to return it. I paid for a 1 month membership that I was told would expire at the end of the 1 month. Was billed for a total of 4 months. They refunded 1 charge but are refusing to refund the 2 additional charges. I have called and spoken with them 3 times now. I went through the Tidal Wave Auto Spa Of Marietta At The Square's single use entry gate, intending to use the single use payment machine for a single car wash, but they had an employee standing there "helping" people. That guy used my debit card to sign me up for an auto-recurring charge of $34.97 every month when all I thought I was buying was the ability to get my car clean on exactly one day. My husband and I stopped in early October to sign up for unlimited washes for two cars. We were charged $37.42 ($34.95 + tax) for the first and $22.47 ($21.00 + tax) for the second car. Since we were both in the car, we asked the attendant, twice, if that was the price we would be paying going forward. We were assured it was. I been paying for service & NOT getting it. Ive called on several occasions to main contact when I dont get my full service but yet Tidal Wave is getting paid.
