Recommendedit's brand new every employees are all doing a fantastic job. the system itself is outstanding and is well worth the money then the vacuums have two types of heads there are rags and window cleaner available to use after the car wash you just cannot go wrong with the Tidal Wave car wash here in Pampa

Contemplated posting this as in the beginning I was a fan of tidal wave. After buying the membership I had several good experiences till my last 3 where the blue brushes never touched the right side of my vehicle only the left side. I thought maybe it was an error and something wrong with the machine till I spoke with an employee who said bc I have a jeep they do not touch my vehicle. Funny bc the blue brushes touched the left side of my vehicle but never the right side and why did it touch my vehicle the several other times... read more

I give them 0 stars. I pulled in with mud on my car and they told me they won’t wash it because it has mud on it. I live on a dirt road that gets muddy sometimes so it’s not like a car that went mudding. So I went to Willy’s and asked him if they would wash my car and he said that they get people all the time that say tidal wave won’t wash their vehicle. Willy’s did a phenomenal job ! I will go there for my weekly wash!

However, vehicles with excessive amounts of dried mud can cause problems with our equipment and we typically do not allow them into the wash tunnel. Adam was very condescending. Triple A membership paid for my wash so didn't really matter, but denied my car for a "damaged rim". Didn't even wash my windshield when I was in line and had me waiting.

Extremely disappointed in your “car spa”. We live out of state and were passing through Crestview on our way to our vacation destination. We have a Jeep Wrangler and went through this car wash, the blue rotating brushes never touched our vehicle. After we went through, we stopped and told the attendants and they informed us they have to punch a code in for “Jeeps” so it doesn’t “rip fenders off”. Went and paid for a higher package wash and when I came out there was still dirt in the wheel wells and it was still dry like it had not even gotten wet. And there was bird poop on the side. I was told that they do not clean wheel wells on any wash that it wasn’t part of the exterior of the car. Did not get sent back through for any part that was not cleaned. Had to go down the road a wash it myself. Definitely will not be back.

beware! not only do you get a terrible wash, they will mislead you and start charging your card monthly for a service without permission. I've seen hundreds complain about them online. Terrible, rude customer service all the way to their corporate level.

Has repetitively been closed for one reason or another and when you actually go there are no clean towels, etc.
