Overall good experience In short, I would’ve have given a 5 if the overall process didn’t take so long! I had to return the next day because they took so long to get to the financing part. I waited an hour for the keys to test drive, then spent another 2 hours with the pricing asking questions etc. Granted they were thorough answering my questions. All in all not a terrible experience but wish they moved quicker.

Servicing of my 2011 Rouge. Friendly people. Seem to be very knowledgeable about cars. Unfortunately, I went in for an oil change & tire rotation that should hv cost around $50, but they found some things that needed repair, when I left my bill wasv$732, ouch! The mechanic had given me the cost when he explained what they were going to repair. So I was forewarned. It just was a shock to my budget! Awesome Customer Service The people at this dealership were very helpful and friendly as I was looking for a specific car and when I purchased one. Quick and Easy Service Regular servicing of my car, quick and easy. Made the appointment two days ago. Did some work in the lobby until my car was ready.

Would buy again for their warranty. After some negotiation got a price and deal we agreed on. Was willing to buff out and fix things and scratches. And they're forever warranty is the main reason we bought from them
