Overall I like the car they sold me but I was told that someone would call me to replace my windshield and put in seat heaters and that was almost three weeks ago. I also had to sign the same paperwork three different times. I am also disappointed that they are not required to give you two keys. I was told to go on Amazon to get a replacement key and they had a locksmith that could program the key for a hundred dollars. The locksmith they recommend did not return my messages for 5 days. I recommend Yousef if you need to buy a car. He listens to your needs and is not too pushy and was great even when my pregnancy hormones got the best of me. 😊 My 3 stars is because when you go to sign financing papers, they do try to add on a $3500 service contract of some sort and then blame it on the salesman and say the salesman should have talked to you about it. After my car has been sitting in their lot for 3 months just for them to tell us they can’t get the battery for my car, it has been broken into 2 separate times and Nissan refuses to do anything about it when we know for a fact the person who stole items including my 600$ dash cam has to have been an employee with the key to my car because both times the car has been locked after. Not the best experience here. Wasted driving 45 minutes just for them to sell the car I wanted under my nose and when I arrived, they could have cared less. Confusing polices as well. These guys are definitely in it for the money and not really for their customers. But the prices on their vehicles are actually decent.
All 3 employees we dealt with assured my husband and I that our first 3 oil changes were free and our vehicle would come with a free "lifetime warranty". Typical salesman tactic. All of the freebies they promised were not in fact free. We came in on a Friday, chose the car and asked to come back the next morning to sign paperwork so it would be ready to go.
