I had the absolute BEST experience with the team at VIP mortgage. I was preapproved and able to close in 21 days. The team was quick to email/call me if there was anything they needed from me, and provided updates along the way. I never had to wonder what was going on -being a very busy person, it’s important to me that I never had to chase down any information concerning my home purchase.\n10/10 (and I never take the time to write reviews!)

Tim and his team were in constant contact and communicating with me updating me of the process and keeping me notified of what was required of me. One of the easiest and quickest loan approval processes I’ve seen having purchased 4 prior homes in my lifetime.
Tim was responsive, he was with us through the whole process, he made things happen for a short close as well as advised us on our best offer for us financially so that we could obtain our dream property.
He was able to answer all my questions, and after learning my specific financial situation, was able to work with me to find the best path forward in completing my home purchase.
