I'm not sure OK is the right description. It was a great experience, very smooth. I just had the feeling that rates might be dropping, and it appears they dropped right after closing. I'm not sure if they dropped significantly for investment properties, and I think Tim got me the best deal he could on the mortgage.
Tim and his team made sure that communication about deadlines and procedures were swift and clear. Buying a house is a complicated and confusing process and the quick responses to questions went a long way towards relieving our stress.
