This is the second time we have used this awesome company. They always seem to beat the time line while getting you the best deal with the least amount of out of pocket expenses. Tim presented us with clear Refinance options, the numbers involved and once we made our decision, was very responsive together with his staff in answering our questions all the way to our final signatures with the title company to complete the deal.
