Tim and his team were super helpful throughout the entire process. Our transaction (from selling to buying) got pretty complicated at the end and Tim could not have made it any easier than he did. he was on top of communications and kept all parties up to date provided the much needed reassurance that our loan was not going to be an issue. It was ok but the whole process just took too long.
Tim was always professional and timely. We always received a call back within 24 hours of reaching out and usually the same day. It was very helpful to have a log in to see where the process was at and what documents we still needed to submit. Overall a great experience!
