Tim helped us buy & sell our Newbury Park home. He was a pleasure to work with on both ends of the transactions & really knows the Conejo Valley market. We were coming from the Midwest & he educated us on the schools, neighborhoods, etc. When we relocated out of state 3 years later, Tim helped us sell our home quickly & for top dollar. When I accepted a job transfer from Cincinnati OH to Camarillo CA Tim not only met our expectations finding the right property he made sure we understood the advantages and potential issues of selecting properties in each area surrounding Camarillo. He ensured I understood how the entire purchase transaction differed in California as compared to other states in which I had purchased real estate and also put me in touch with an outstanding banker in the area.
