Tim Freund just sold our home in Rancho Conejo. It was sold before it ever hit the MLS listing! He is very courteous, knowledgeable and dependable. From the start, when he took gorgeous pictures of our home, to the final negotiations, Tim was totally professional. He was exceedingly responsive to every phone call and even came over to our house at one point to help us with some computer issues! He knew every recent sale and some not so recent in the Rancho Conejo area where we sold. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.
