I have done several transactions with Tim and his team, although the underwriting process can be a bit daunting Tim and his team make it bearable. They are very professional, communication is always good and they do everything they can to make the process as easy as possible. I always refer Tim and his team without hesitation. As a first time home buyer, the Tim was patient, thorough, and efficient. The HLC team lead by Tim Harrison is one of the most professional group of folks in real estate you will ever encounter. They are always there to answer questions and help you through anything. I highly recommend Cornerstone Home Lending! They are top-notch and go the extra mile to make sure that loans are processed as quick as possible. Their communication is excellent and their rates are competitive. The online portal that they use is very easy to navigate as well. Almost everything regarding the loan is done online or over the phone, which was great due to the pandemic. And, everyone at their office is really nice and friendly.

Cornerstone was awesome! Thanks to my lending consultant, Tim Harrison and his team, my Cornerstone lending experience was convenient, efficient, and thorough. The portal to upload my documents was easy to use, I received regular updates that were relevant and completely transparent, and they were able to hit crazy deadlines for my 30-day escrow. I recommend them to anyone who is buying a home or thinking about a refi.

Tim Harrison and his staff were extremely professional and amazingly easy to work with during the entire refinancing process. They keep you updated and answer the phone when you call them with any questions. We always knew the status of our loan and they met all of the dates that were scheduled. Tim and the HLC Team did a great job with our first home purchase transaction. From the start of the process to the funding of our loan the communication was great. Multiple members of his team were available to answer any and all of our questions and help us understand the process along the way.
