The HLC team lead by Tim Harrison is one of the most professional group of folks in real estate you will ever encounter. They are always there to answer questions and help you through anything. Tim and his team are great. They take the time to discuss your needs and plans for the future. They explain everything well and keep you informed during the whole process. We have funded 2 purchase loans and one refi with HLC and will come back for any and all future needs. I recommend them to anyone I know looking for home loans.

Tim was easy to work with and made sure that he proactively assembled documents to get the deal done on time. It's so nice to work with a pro who's 'been there and done that'. When there was a question that the lender had, Tim was already on it and answering their requests before I'd even heard about the question. Big kudos and great job!
