Very nice people and so helpful. Easy to understand all details and so supportive. Get your loans here. All details were explained and assured without any problems. And they are all very nice as people also. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

We have used the HLC team at Cornerstone Lending for over 27 years. We have done four purchases and three refinances with them. They are absolutely the best! Tim is incredible and the entire team is knowledgeable, efficient, and helps you through every step of the way. Someone is always there to help with any questions, making calls or pointing you in the right direction. They truly make this stressful process a pleasure! They have impressed us with every transaction/loan and never disappointed!

We needed to clear contingencies in less than 10 days and fund in less than 30. They did it in 9 and 22 respectively. It was an impressive feat! From start to finish, they were easy to work with. Straightforward options to do the loan, cash down, points, rates - all of it was simple to follow and understand. The underwriting team was great and worked quickly. Seamless on the loan docs and all was good to go!

The whole team at Cornerstone was amazing. Tim and Leslie were there every step of the way. If I ever had a question, or needed to see what my options were based on a new offer I was making, Leslie was on top of it and provided the necessary information to make an informed decision. It’s a crazy real estate market but we decided to bid on a new house and had our offer accepted. We offered a 30 day escrow because Tim Harrison said we qualified and his team could get it done in time. That short escrow was what got us the house. But then the scramble begins!
