I originally planned to go with one of the big banks when I decided to purchase a home. However, the banks required way too much down for a condo. I spoke with Tim at VanDyk, and he was able to tailor a loan to suit my needs with a reasonable down payment and monthly payment. Tim was easy to get in touch with and stayed with me during my closing process when my realtor couldn’t be there. He went the extra mile at one point, which made a big difference.
