Tim and his staff worked hard on this file to help the buyer, a retired Army veteran, to be able to have the home of her dreams! With their assistance she was able to complete all the paperwork necessary to get through underwriting and close on a place she can relax in and call home. Tim Hart is a great lender to work with. Tim calls all parties involved in the transaction at least once a week to keep everyone up to date with the loan process.
