Tim provided level of support I need. The transaction was not as smooth as I wanted it to be due to an absence of some docs on my side that I rushed to retrieve. However Tim infused me with confidence and calm every time. If not his confidence I would probably drop out somewhere in mid of the process after yet another document request.

Tim was absolutely amazing! He jumped in at the last minute and literally saved us from losing our dream home. He got our loan completed in record timing even during high volume AND covid. He communicated with us the entire way through. Even after our loan was funded he continued to communicate with us to make sure we got our keys ASAP. I don’t know if he truly understands how much stress he alleviated for us. We are truly grateful to have met him and can’t thank him enough for his support.
