Everything went nice an smooth and without any delays.
Tim provided level of support I need. The transaction was not as smooth as I wanted it to be due to an absence of some docs on my side that I rushed to retrieve. However Tim infused me with confidence and calm every time. If not his confidence I would probably drop out somewhere in mid of the process after yet another document request.
This is my 3rd time working with Tim and just like the prior two times, I received world-class service. Tim is someone I fully trust to get the best loan possible that suits my financial situation. I’ve worked with others who have only looked out for themselves and not so much the customer. Tim is different, he puts his customer first which allows him to gain their trust. Tim was absolutely amazing! He jumped in at the last minute and literally saved us from losing our dream home. He got our loan completed in record timing even during high volume AND covid.
