Tim is very sincere, kind, and willing to do whatever he can to help his clients. I have some suggested improvements he can make to do even better. For example, when we talked about locking my rate, he failed to disclose a very important piece of information. He assured me that I have nothing to lose even if we can't close by the expected closing date because I would be able to just let the rate lock expire and get whatever the market rate is at that time, which was not true.

This was my brother and It's first home purchase. Tim and Kerry were so helpful through the entire process by being extra communicative, thorough, and patient. We had a lot of questions through the process, but the was always a phone call away. They helped us have a peace of mind, even with Covid-19 bringing in a lot of uncertainty.
