Tim, at many times throughout the Loan process, often promised to deliver documents to me via email shortly after the phone call complete. Many times, this was not delivered at all. When messaged about it, Tim would either not return phone calls from my agent or me. Text messages often go ignored as well. Tim messed up our initial disclosures several times, did not communicate about the process effective. He was only reactive after us following up with him several times. He was not trustworthy or transparent and very incompetent during our entire engagement with him. Happy to provide more details.

Although I am sure that Tim is very good at his position, there was numerous times where corrections needed to be made and communicated. At certain times, communications were not as clear. It took several passes in order to get on the same page. In our case, right before closing, their was a major communication breakdown with our final loan disclosure. Changes were never disclosed prior to sending the final documents. The "surprise" element of discovering changes was extremely frustrating.

Nothing on Tim's end other than that KB Homes as a whole need to have more than one person doing all the mortgages for multiple communities. That caused Tim to be stretched out very thin and he isn't able to service everyone in a timely manner. I personally believe Tim can communicate better if there were at least 3 other people on the Loans team to assist him.

I think Tim should of been more transparent. He told us our mortgage loan percentage in Jan was 2.7% n then a few months later he said 3%. As a first time home owner, I was not aware that the percentage fluctuate. He should of mention that at the beginning. He had no concern to how it would of affect us. It was just like that is it.
