Tim did excellent work and very prompt to addressing the needs of the loan. more importantly Tim is very pleasant person to work with and always willing to help customers and get the right loan product Only suggestion for improvement is for Tim to look harder into adjustable rate options for lower interest i.e 5/1, 7/1, 10/1 while i understand he wants to ensure customer takes 30 year fixed interest due to increasing rate conditions.

Tim was fantastic and easy to work with! He answered all of our calls but if he missed it, he would call right back when he could. He made us feel at ease throughout the buying process and never pressured us to make a decision we weren't completely comfortable with. I know he had to re-explain things to me multiple times and never seemed irritated at all! We loved working with Tim, and would honestly refer him to any of our friends and family.
