I'm mostly okay with the communication with Tim, he's fairly responsive but I do often times have to ping him on things to get things moving. There are also quite a number of mistakes made along the way in the quotes I've received, and quite a few misleading emails that I'm later told to disregard. But overall he's quite friendly and nice to talk to. I did not enjoy working on finalizing the loan with the processor Peter Wakefield.
